FROG (Framatome Owners Group)
Framatome has implemented a website to facilitate exchanges between Framatome and nuclear reactor operators (experiences, best practices, programs, etc.) and to allow FROG members to visit protected sites during events.
This processing is carried out in compliance with the European Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, known as “Data Protection and Freedoms”.

Purpose of Processing
The collection of this data is necessary to organize exchanges between Framatome and nuclear reactor operators (experiences, best practices, programs, etc.) and to allow FROG members to visit protected sites during events.
Recipients
The data collected will be communicated only to the following recipients: site administrators and DPIT.
Data Retention
Except for the identity document number, which is retained only for the duration of the event, all other data are kept as long as the person/organization is a member of FROG. At the end of this period, the data will be deleted.
Data Storage and Transfers
All data are stored in such a way as to ensure their security and confidentiality in France.
Data may be transferred outside the European Union in accordance with the GDPR, and such transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in line with the recommendations of supervisory authorities.
